2/27/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C greeted Khanilya upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Khanilya appeared to be in a content mood evident by her facial expressions such as a smile on the face. 2. Behavior: Khanilya participated in the session without incident. Khanilya struggled with drawing her thoughts; however, she was able to discuss with QMHP-C on how she will utilize coping skills to assist her with the stressors she is experiencing daily. 1. Intervention: QMHP-C began the session by inquiring about Khanilyaâs current thoughts, feelings and emotions. QMHP-C reviewed the interventions from the previous session and explored with Khanilya barriers to her utilizing her identified positive coping skills. 1. Response: Khanilya appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided to her during the session. While reviewing interventions from the previous session, Khanilya stated that she recognized that she continues get angry easily and that she was taking the first step with getting a QMHP-C so she will get better. 2. Response: During the therapeutic activity, Khanilya actively participated and identified emotions such as happiness, boredom, anger and frustration. At the end of the session, Khanilya stated that she was going to continue to utilize her positive coping techniques and that she enjoys utilizing the techniques even during times when she is not feeling angry. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C engaged Khanilya in a therapeutic art activity, encouraging Khanilya to draw her moods throughout the day and the different moods that she experiences. QMHP-C ended session by encouraging Khanilya to continue utilizing her positive coping skills and to utilize them when she recognizes a trigger and not once, she has begun displaying the anger.
